Step 1Step 1 : Buy your supplies
Step 2: clean off vase
Step 3 : tape vase - it just depends on the height you want
Step 4: make sure there is no glass showing above the tape cover with paper
Step 5 : you can just spray paint, or you can hang like we did. Either will work great!
* make sure to not paint in to cold or weather
